These movements are more biomechanically based and are a direct approach to the science of functional movement. The movements and stretches are considered dynamic, focusing on joint range of motion rather than muscle lengthening, which is what stretching concentrates on.

        Do I need to be in shape for MobilityFit?

        No, we believe fitness should be accessible. That’s why we help everyone from all fitness levels regain movement, recover and feel brand new. These are low impact sessions created to impact a long-time veteran to fitness or a complete newbie who has never exercised before.

        What do I need to start MobilityFit?

        We recommend you bring your own yoga or fitness mat to move around on, however, if you forget – we do have mats available to use. Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated and wear comfy athletic clothes you can move around in comfortably without restricting your movements.

        We also encourage to take MobilityFit sessions without shoes! So you can bring socks with you or you can move around barefoot depending on your comfort level.
