The first step is understanding that you need to make some changes. We know that this will be tough, but you are here to be challenged and pushed by the entire Kinetafit family! You will need to change your eating, your workouts, and your lifestyle to get the results you are looking for.

The nutrition protocol is a progressive program that will have you starting out with basics and moving towards figuring your calories and macronutrients (protein, carbs, and fat). We are going to ask that you get a notebook (we recommend a moleskin notebook- go to Barnes and Noble) that you can keep in your pocket everywhere you go. This notebook will serve as a nutrition journal. We are also going to ask that you monitor your compliance with the rules using our success checklist

You will start out the first two weeks by monitoring your compliance with the basic rules and guidelines. If you can achieve 90% compliance you are allowed to move into phase two of the program. If phase two becomes effective you can move to phase 3, but only after being compliant with both exercise and nutrition for at least 4 weeks. Once you have figured out the details plan your meals and then monitor your compliance! Each week you will strive to get better at your nutrition and make positive changes.
