Michael Reynoso, CPT

I live in Brighton Colorado and have been training at Kinetafit for over two years. I am a Certified Personal Trainer through the American Council on Exercise and have an associate’s degree from Heritage College for Personal Training. I struggled with my weight for much of my childhood. After high school I was at my biggest and feeling very discouraged. I realized how much of an impact health and fitness was in my life and the first day of the rest of my life began. I started working out and paying more attention to my health. I instantly grew a passion for the lifestyle. I started seeing a change in the way I felt and the way I lived my life. From that moment on I knew I wanted to help others achieve their lifestyle goals so they too could feel great about themselves. I love teaching and coaching our Kinetafit bootcamp sessions. Kinetafit bootcampers all know that my classes are always high energy and motivational. I am constantly encouraging people to reach their full potential. Bring it on…on three 1…2…3…Goooo Kinetafit!!! *

Misty Lloyd, CPT

I live in Brighton Colorado and I am a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine.  Shortly before I became pregnant with my second child I started to gain weight.  After his birth the weight continued to pile on.  I was 215 pounds at my heaviest.  I was obese, unhappy and unhealthy.  I finally decided that enough was enough.  This was not the life I wanted to live and it was time to start fighting for my health. I started to exercise regularly and eat good nutritious food.  I successfully lost 85 pounds, but what I gained was so much more.  During my transformation, health and wellness is something that I quickly became passionate about.  After seeing how much my life improved from the changes, I decided that I wanted to become a trainer.  I can not think of anything more rewarding than helping other people achieve their goals and I can think of no better place to do it than here at Kinetafit.  We have the best team and the best people!!  “The body achieves what the mind believes” – Jim Evans *

Bridgett

I live in Commerce City, CO and have been a personal training and group training instructor for over 6 years now. I am certified through National Academy of Sports Medicine with Corrective Exercise Specialist, I have a bachelor’s degree from Colorado Mesa University in Kinesiology, and I am currently pursuing my Masters of Science in Kinesiology form UT Tyler. While at CMU I played softball and dabbled in all the outdoors activities that Grand Junction has to offer. I have been active all my life, however I have been plagued with injuries. I have had 6 knee surgeries, shoulder surgery, broken both my ankles, my wrist and have had several concussions. Due to that, I have taken a huge interest in corrective exercise and rehabilitation as well as sports specific fitness. Between my injuries and the issues I have seen my family go through with their health, I decided that I wanted to make a difference in the health industry and help as many individuals as I can.  I was lucky enough to stumble across a bootcamp coach job posting with Kinetafit after I had done the corporate gym thing.  Let me tell you, there is no better place to be than here with you Kineatafitters and my coworkers who I consider close friends and very inspirational people.  We are all here to help you achieve more than you ever thought possible, and conquer all the goals you have set out to reach.
